Arrival and first night
You arrive in the afternoon, settle into your room and we all meet each other. We cook and have dinner together while we walk you through the plan for the week.

Seven days with a small group of guys, a house in the middle of the forest and activities that will blow your mind.
We are Emiliano and Enzo, the creators of Adrenalina Camp. We invite you to live this experience with a group of 10 to 14 people, in a mansion in the middle of the forest. Six nights and seven days connected with nature, challenging ourselves day after day with adventure activities. Our three pillars are trekking, rock climbing and stand up paddle: a different place and a different energy every day. The rest of the time we share the house: the meals, the pool, the fire pit, the forest and a deck with an incredible view over Lake Nahuel Huapi. We are locals. We are on top of every detail. All you have to do is show up and enjoy it — we promise this will change the way you travel.
Yoga, meditation, slackline, the Wim Hof method and a crash course in rock climbing and stand up paddle.
The house fits up to 14 of us comfortably. Most people come on their own and leave with friends for life.
House, meals, transfers and activities are all taken care of. You get to Bariloche and we handle the rest.
Seven days where you will only use your phone to shoot a few videos and tell your family you are fine.
Because there are experiences you cannot explain — you have to live them.
We organise Adrenalina Camp between the two of us and each one takes care of a part. Before booking you can write to us and talk to us directly.

Emiliano guides and coordinates the activities, and he is with the group in every single one. He is the one who explains how it is done: from how to use trekking poles to how to stand up on the board or how each piece of climbing gear works.
Enzo makes sure everything is where it needs to be: the transfers, the meals and the day-to-day organisation. He is also the one who documents the week in photos and video.
The order can change depending on the weather and the wind: if an activity cannot be done safely on a given day, we swap it for another one or move it to another day. No day is ever wasted.

The longest day of the week. We spend the whole day climbing to one of the summits in the area, with views over the lakes and the Andes. We stop at the top to eat our packed lunch.

We take it easy so your legs can recover. In the morning, at the house, we go through the climbing gear and how to use it. In the afternoon we head to the lake to work on stand up paddle technique and enjoy a day at the beach.

We paddle out as a group across mountain lakes, stopping at a beach to eat. We pick the lake on the day, depending on the wind.

A full day of hiking and rock climbing. There are routes set up for every level: if you have never climbed, you start from scratch; if you already climb, there is plenty to push you.

We head out at night with headlamps to wait for the sunrise at a spot we pick for it. In the evening we fire up the asado, the Argentine barbecue, to close the week.

We have an early breakfast, close the week together and check out. We take you to the airport.

These are the three core activities of the Camp. All of them are guided, with the gear included and adapted to each person's level. You do not need to have done them before.
We spend a full day climbing to one of the summits in the area, with views over the lakes and the Andes. There is a fair amount of walking, but the group sets the pace and we stay together and in radio contact the whole way.

A full day of rock climbing with instructors, on vertical walls with stunning views over the lake. There are routes set up for every level, so you can start from scratch or look for something harder. All personal safety gear is included: ropes, harnesses and helmets.

We paddle across mountain lakes, clear water surrounded by forest. First we go over the technique in calm water and then we do a crossing with a stop at the beach. Boards, paddles and life jackets are included.

It is the base for the whole week: we head out from here every morning and come back to eat, rest and get together at night. We do not share it with anyone else.

We would rather be straight with you before you book. The Camp is not for everyone, and that is fine.
We provide the technical gear: SUP boards and paddles, life jackets, ropes, harnesses and trekking poles. When you book we send you a list of what you need to bring (clothes, footwear and not much else).
Private chef. Breakfast before heading out, a packed lunch at midday and dinner when we get back. If you are coeliac, vegetarian, lactose intolerant or have any allergies, tell us when you sign up and we adapt it.
The activities are run by guides and instructors and follow safety protocols. Accident insurance for the activities is included; we also recommend taking out personal travel insurance.
The price of the Camp goes up as the spots fill. Whoever books first pays less, can pay in instalments and picks their room before everyone else.
That is the price of the Camp sleeping in a Superior Suite with lake view, which is the base category. From there, each category adds or subtracts a fixed adjustment. The week is exactly the same for everyone.
Prices per person. Superior rooms are shared by two and each person pays for their own place.
| Category | Adjustment on the stage price |
|---|---|
| Premium · single King | + USD 410 |
| Superior with view · base category | no adjustment |
| Single · Studio | − USD 165 |
| Budget · shared | − USD 330 |
The adjustments are fixed amounts in dollars: they do not change with the stage. The final price of each room is in Rooms.
You pay 100% when booking. It is the simplest way to lock in your spot and your room.
A USD 400 deposit to hold your spot, a second payment and the balance before the Camp. It is the most popular option.
A USD 400 deposit + 3 monthly interest-free instalments. Only for those who book early.
In Argentine pesos, at the dollar rate on the day of payment.
Direct transfer in USD.
Payment in cryptocurrency (stablecoins).
All of them have a private bathroom. The Camp includes exactly the same for everyone: the only thing that changes is where you sleep and how much you pay for it. Rooms are picked in booking order, so whoever books first has more to choose from. The price shown on each room is the final price per person at the current stage.

Intermediate. You do not need to be super trained, but you do need to be able to walk a long day without suffering. When you book we send you some tips to arrive prepared.
Yes, and it is the most common thing: most people come alone. Because it is a small group and we spend all day together, by day two you have already made real connections.
The Camp is for men. The group is 10 to 14 participants, generally people who come on their own and do not know each other.
There are 8 rooms in 4 categories, all with a private bathroom. The price depends on the category you choose and rooms are assigned in booking order: the earlier you book, the more options you have.
We adapt the menu for coeliac disease, lactose intolerance, vegetarian diets and allergies. You tell us on the sign-up form and we take it into account all week.
No. Everyone gets to Bariloche on their own. We pick you up at the airport, take you back and handle every transfer during the week. If you want, we help you coordinate your times.
Yes, accident insurance for the activities is included. We also recommend taking out personal travel insurance. We send you the exact cover and exclusions when you book.
We provide the technical gear for the activities. You bring suitable clothes and footwear, following the list we send when you confirm your booking.
You write to us, we talk to see whether the Camp is what you are looking for, and you book with a deposit that holds your spot and your room. Then you choose how to pay the rest: in full, deposit + balance, or instalments if you are in Early Bird.
The deposit is not refunded, but it can be transferred to someone else taking your place. Later payments have a tiered refund depending on how much notice you give. It is all set out below and in the Terms and Conditions.
If you cancel: the USD 400 deposit is not refunded, but you can transfer it to someone else taking your place. For payments made after the deposit, the refund depends on how much notice you give: more than 60 days ahead, 70% is refunded; between 30 and 60 days, 50%; less than 30 days, no refund. The earlier you let us know, the more you get back.
If we do not reach the minimum of 10 participants: the Camp can be moved to another date or, if you prefer, everything you have paid is refunded, including the deposit. We let you know well in advance.
If we cancel due to force majeure: we offer a new date or a refund, as set out in the T&Cs.
Bariloche is mountain country and the weather calls the shots. If an activity cannot be done safely, we swap it for an equivalent one or move it to another day of the week. That change does not trigger a refund, because the services and the experience stay the same. The safety of the group comes before the itinerary.
The activities are run by guides and instructors and follow safety protocols. When you sign up we ask for a form with the relevant medical information and an emergency contact, plus a signed liability waiver of the kind used for adventure activities. Taking part means accepting the risks inherent to this type of activity, which we reduce through preparation and professionals.
The full Terms and Conditions, the waiver and the data and image policies are provided in writing before booking and are subject to legal review.
During the week we take photos and film, both for the pack participants receive and for our own channels. If you would rather not appear in public material, tell us when you sign up and we respect it. Image use is set out and signed in writing.
